Hondros Family of Companies Employees Share What it is Like to be a Part of the Team

Hondros Family of Companies is a great place to work. I can say that with certainty. Why you ask? Well, for starters I work here!  Also, we have won Best Place to Work awards. So that makes it official, right? Well awards are great because they are based on employees’ honest feedback, but I bet if you ask 100 different people why they like their jobs, those people would talk about something more. They would share the fact that they feel valued, that they contribute and believe in the work they produce, that their supervisor is an advocate for them; that they genuinely care about their co-workers and team, and in our case, the culture that is so family oriented. Well then it really is official-Hondros Family of Companies is a great place to work.

Let me share with you all a fun story about what it is like to work at Hondros: John and Linda Hondros have tickets to the Columbus Clippers baseball game this Memorial Day weekend. To show their appreciation for all the hard work the staff puts in every day to make our students have an excellent experience, they decided to raffle off four different sets of tickets. To enter, employees had to put their name in a hat and share how they feel about working for Hondros Family of Companies. The winners were chosen randomly and here are their responses:

I love that the company is so family oriented. I work very closely with my team of instructional designers. We all have our own projects and have to keep our heads down most of the time, but we all get along so well, and we are always there for each other when we need an extra resource or advice. I know I can count on them, and the rest of the Hondros Learning team to work together. I am lucky that I have been able to maintain friendships with my coworkers, both inside the office and outside the office. = )
