Hondros College Recognized as a Top Workplace in 2025 by Columbus CEO

We are proud to share that Hondros College has once again been named one of Columbus CEO Magazine’s Top Workplaces for 2025! This recognition celebrates organizations across Central Ohio that prioritize employee satisfaction and foster positive, engaging work environments.

The 2025 list comprises 81 standout organizations, selected based on detailed employee feedback gathered through a 2024 survey conducted by research partner Energage. The survey asked team members to evaluate their workplace across 24 key culture drivers, such as:

• Meaning and appreciation in the workplace
• Career development and advancement opportunities
• Company culture and work environment
• Management effectiveness
• Compensation and benefits

This year, Hondros College proudly ranked 16th in the category for organizations with 124 or fewer employees, up from 27th place the previous year. The full list was published in March on the Columbus CEO website. Now in its 13th year, the Top Workplaces program continues to highlight companies that put people first.
