Congrats to Our August 2019 Instructor of The Month – Jon Bradfield

We’re happy to announce the winner of August 2019’s Instructor of the month – Jon Bradfield! Having been a part of the Hondros family for three years, he first heard about Hondros from other realtors. Jon cites his favorite aspect of his work is “the people!” This selfless instructor greatly values the knowledge and friendships he’s built during his time at Hondros.

Jon’s motivations are evident in his definition of success – “Helping others win.”

He goes on to describe Hondros as efficient, providing many options, and being available to their students. His advice to new instructors is to “stick with it and bring your personality in the classroom.” Jon knows that showing your personality and sharing your in-field experience helps the students connect with what they’re learning.

Jon’s proudest moments at Hondros is seeing students be successful as he tells them,

“Don’t wait, start living your dreams today!”

Which also echoes his favorite quote from the movie, Rocky III, “Go for it!”

He also strongly values adaptability. A major lesson he’s learned in the last five years is “change or be left behind.” There’s no doubt that Jon’s drive to help others succeed leads to his students being flexible and adaptable workers in their field.
