We are excited to announce that Hondros College was recently named one of Columbus CEO Magazine’s Top Workplaces 2024. Columbus CEO Magazine listed 85 organizations as top workplaces based on employee surveys conducted in 2023. Survey results were only valid if at least 35 percent of employees in a given company responded.
The survey (conducted by research partner Energage) asked current employees to measure their employer on 24 factors, including the following:
- Company leadership
- Meaningfulness and appreciation
- Career opportunities
- Working environment
- Managerial skills
- Pay and benefits
Hondros College was ranked 27th for organizations with 124 or fewer employees and was one of four education companies on the list. The results were published in the Top Workplaces supplement in the Spring 2024 issue of Columbus CEO. This was the 12th year for the survey.
Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
“We are thrilled to be named a Top Workplace by Columbus CEO magazine,” said Melanie Castillo, Senior Manager, Business Operations at Hondros College. “This recognition reflects our ongoing efforts to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of our employees, who are the cornerstone of our success. We are immensely proud of our team and their dedication to excellence.”
