Hondros College Announces New Locations, Additional Course Offerings and Events

Beginning in September, Hondros College will offer classes at a new location in Hilliard, OH. As the leading real-estate college in Ohio, Hondros College is aiming to better serve the west side of Columbus and surrounding counties of Madison, Union, Clark, Champaign and Logan with this opening. Coinciding with the Hilliard location is the opening of the new Northeast Ohio location in Medina. These new locations provide even more opportunities for students looking to begin a career in real estate in the area that they live or work. A three week real estate pre-licensing series will be held at the new Medina location beginning September 23rd , and the Hilliard location beginning September 22nd.

For the insurance industry, Hondros College is also announcing the addition of a new 1-day crammer course designed to be an additional tool to help students pass the exam the first time.

“We recognized a need in the Insurance industry to offer this additional exam prep course as students have the goal of passing the exam so they can quickly begin their new career,” says Hondros College Development Manager Betsy Butler. “By practicing exam style questions, this course will really help students to be better prepared to ace the state Insurance exam.”

Hondros is known in the real estate community for having extremely high exam pass rates. For individuals who have taken all their courses at Hondros but don’t pass the real estate state licensing exam, Hondros College will now offer a free, 1-day Crammer course for real estate students who have completed all the necessary coursework, but have struggled to pass the exam. Although the majority of students pass the exam first time, there are a few students who do not and this course is personalized and customized for each student, so they will be more likely to pass the exam the next time.

“We know that some students will have a challenge to pass the exam their first time,” says Hondros College President Tina Lapp. “By providing those who do fail with a resource to help them succeed the next time, we feel it’s simply a way we can better serve the Ohio real estate community and provide the best educational experience possible.”

For this fall and winter, Hondros College will offer four career nights at all six campus locations as well as two open house events at their flagship campus in Columbus on September 23rd and December 17th from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. The new open house events give individuals the chance to learn about all the career paths that Hondros College can prepare them for and the educational opportunities available.

Career nights provide students currently enrolled in real estate courses the opportunity to meet with hiring companies in the industry and get matched up with representatives, brokers and recruiters. Time for each career night is 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The dates and locations of all 24 are as follows:
