We’re happy to announce the winner of April 2019’s Instructor of the month – Belinda Fulton! She has worked with us as an instructor for 20 years. Before joining us at Hondros, Belinda worked in Intelligence at the United States Air Force. She first learned about Hondros when she became a student in 1993!
Belinda shared what initially drew her to us:
“Hondros was the only school with a rapid program and it offers the most versatility of any school out there”
She continues to describe Hondros as having a family environment and appreciates the flexibility, growth opportunities, and the support staff. Her three career lessons are
- Patience is the key
- Persistence is the key
- Preparation is the key
“Change never stops changing” – Belinda Fulton
Her favorite part about working at Hondros is finding ways to “appeal to the different personalities” in her classes.
Here’s Belinda’s advice for new instructors:
“Embrace technology and the mixed energy our students bring to the table.”
She defines success as “being able to wake up every day and know what I’m about to do is something I love to do.” Belinda greatly values being honest with yourself, as she recalls her favorite quote:
“To thine own self be true.”
Thank you, Belinda, for being an essential part of Hondros by simply being yourself, teaching us all how to find success and contentment in our surroundings.
