Do You Like To Talk To Strangers?

Your mother may have told you not to, but when you become a real estate agent you will have to talk to a lot of strangers. Do you like to, do you know how to? Depending upon your background before becoming a real estate agent, you may have talked to a lot of different people, and maybe not. This article provides some good tips about how to effectively communicate with people you are meeting for the first time. 

Here are a few of the tips:

1. Always make eye contact, lean in slightly when shaking hands.

2. Hold your head high, don’t sway back and forth, stand firm and confident.

3. Focus on the person you are talking to, don’t use your phone/etc. while talking to a client.

4. Smile, talk with a confident, gentle voice.
