National Association of Realtors (NAR) 2017 Event Recap

Over the weekend, Hondros Education Group attended the 2017 National Association of Realtors (NAR) The Sky’s the Limit Conference and Expo in Chicago, Illinois. We had many corporate associates represent HEG as booth exhibitors and conference attendees. Our overall goal was to develop a greater scope of the current standings of the real estate industry and market. These insights and resources we will pass on to our students, alumni, and partners. As well as our multiple brands, including; Hondros College, Arizona School of Real Estate & Business, Hondros Learning, and CompuCram.

While at NAR we had the opportunity not only to be a representative at our booth but also attend many of the sessions. Since NAR was in Chicago this year, not far from our home state of Ohio, we were able to connect with many people who have taken classes with us throughout the year.

Individuals from all across the U.S. approached us in recognition of our exam prep product CompuCram. They expressed how essential it was to help them pass their licensing exams.

As we reflect on this event, we see two key takeaways critical to real estate success; handling disruption and niche carving. Technology and trained customer habits are keeping real estate professionals on their toes more than ever before. To achieve the production level you want, you must be adaptive and focused on delivering the best value possible to your core customer base.
