You must also complete the “Real Estate Sales Crammer Review” and Complete 4 CompuCram Simulated Exams and pass all with a minimum score of 75% (on all 4 exams) prior to sitting for your state licensing exam.
2. Take Exam
Sit for the state licensing exam within 30 days of completing your 100 hours required course work with Hondros.
3. Exam Results
PSI will notify you of your exam results & provide a score report.
4. Celebrate, or get your money back
If you do NOT pass your state exam on your first attempt, simply send us your PSI score report and we will refund the price of your package.
