You’re Licensed, so now what? This post-licensing course is a requirement in the State of Ohio and will need to be completed within the first year of receiving your license. This course will provide information on issues that are relevant to new licensees. You will learn about changes in the industry and how your education is put to work in the “real world” of real estate. *Please Note: Upon completion of this course, the licensee is required to submit their certificate of completion to The Ohio Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing.
