Investigations, Hearings and Complaints
Most professionals will be the subject of a complaint at some point in their careers. This workshop is designed to help you respond to a complaint and participate in the enforcement process before the Division of Real Estate and Real Estate Commission.
This workshop includes:
- A review of the investigative process, including submission of evidence and participation in interviews
- A review of administrative hearings
- Suggestions on risk management protocols to keep clients happy and avoid complaints altogether
- Strategies to develop brokerage training materials and office policies
Although dealing with a professional complaint is stressful, the tools provided in this workshop will help relieve the added stress that comes with not understanding the process.
