Hondros College Announces Acquisition of Ohio Real Estate School

COLUMBUS, OH (June 25, 2018) – Hondros College, a division of Hondros Education Group (HEG), announced today that it has acquired the Ohio Institute of Real Estate Studies (OIRES) in a partnership that will further unify real estate education in Ohio.

Based in the Medina, OIRES will pool its talents with Hondros College to represent the largest real estate program in the state. Joyce Willson, owner of OIRES and Quest for Success, will join Hondros College as an instructor and advisor, adding over 40 years of real estate experience to the school.

Hondros College and OIRES have established a plan to smoothly transition students, alumni, and business partners within the next few months, when all programs will fall under the Hondros brand.

The unification of Hondros College and OIRES will offer students and professionals the benefit of more access to industry expertise and knowledge to help them stay ahead of an ever-changing real estate market.
