Hondros College of Business Expands Course Offerings for Real Estate Students

COLUMBUS, Ohio (April 5, 2017) – Hondros College of Business now offers online real estate pre-licensing courses for students looking to become a licensed real estate professionals in the state of Ohio.
Identical to the Hondros classroom option, the online version is designed to accommodate the busy student in need of a flexible approach to high quality real-estate education. Students now have the option to take the real estate courses in the classroom, online or a combination of both.

Students can complete the Hondros real estate pre-licensing courses online at their own pace, or in as little as three weeks in the classroom. The program includes:
- 40 hours of Real Estate Principles and Practices
- 40 hours of Real Estate Law
- 20 hours of Real Estate Finance
- 20 hours of Real Estate Appraisal
