Maryland Appraisal Continuing Education
Everything you need to complete your Maryland Appraisal CE requirements.
Maryland licensees are required to complete 42 hours of continuing education every 36 months. All licensees must complete the mandatory 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course at least once during each of its publication.
*Effective 1/7/2013-The Commission may grant a licensee no more than 8 hours of credit for instruction per day for courses of continuing education.
